Did you feel guided and supported through the process and expectations adequately? To the best of your knowledge, were all contestants treated equally?
I did not feel guided and supported at all through the process and expectations kept changing almost every week. contestants were not treated equally at all.
If you got more attention to the pageant, more sales, more money, you were treated with a lot more regard to the rest.

Professionalism, contracts, fees, treatment of contestants, discrimination, financial responsibilities, prizes, are they motivated correctly, etc.
The director Olga Ovsyannikova (aka Olga Hudson) is so unprofessional and extremely rude (not sure if it's to do with her being Russian).
The registration fees was $1000, and if you couldn't pay, you could pay weekly or fortnightly. But got a millions calls about it.
She even had a pornstar as part of the contestants and had a Stripper win the previous year (says alot about what she's actually wanting from the pageant)
We had to sell 5 x Perfumes ( that smelled like fart, brand was unknown and made by the director), 5 x event tickets, and raise $500 for a charity (it started with a Russian charity, and after all the contestants protesting against it, it became KIDSCAN), and if you couldn't achieve all of it, you had to pay for it from your pocket.
The prizes on the day were terrible, got a freaking shampoo and conditioner with a spa voucher of 50% off.
Nothing about the experience was motivating at all.
The director only kept pushing sales, day in and day out. She was rude almost all the damn time and had some extremely shady connections like KAM SHARMA!

Well organised, value, treatment of participants, expectations, respect versus compromise, qualified trainers, etc.
Nothing was well organized, even the interns left half way through. No one was treated with respect, expect people who got in more sales.
The director wanted us to be there for everything, and didn't value that we also had families and lives to live. She didn't even spare a person who had lost a family member and continuously kept calling her on the day of the funeral.
She was HORRIBLE!
Expect for 2 trainers, Coco and Brian, everyone else including her were shit!
Just because she was part of Miss Universe 2024, and didn't even win anything at all, she thought she knew everything and was extremely rude to people.

Health, medical requirements, dietry, personal, sexual, physical, privacy, financial, event security, etc.
We had subway wraps for lunch during our practises and some protein bars, that's it.
She got KAM SHARMA, the most creepiest guy ever to take photos and videos of us, and gosh did that man give every girl the creeps. When I told OIga that I wasn't comfortable with Kam, she said I needed to suck it up and I was being too sensitive.
There was barely any event security, it was all a shit show.

This experience increased/decreased my self confidence, my sense of purpose, my capacity to dream bigger, and my propensity to lead others to their inner greatness.
The experience definitely helped me be a stronger version of myself, but all in all, it was mentally really stressful, it was good that the girls bonded.

Qualified, conflicts of interest, fair and unbiased, racial, discrimination, etc
Oh there was definitely a conflict of interest in judging, etc.
The Director for sure had spoken to the judges and had influenced them in the scoring and who she favored.
She got 2 contestants 3 weeks before the finals, out of which 2 of them won a title which was extremely unfair to the rest of the contestants and the rules of the sales didn't apply to them.

What did you like/dislike about your reigning year? Were events throughout your regning year honourable or did you feel used?
I hate everything about it. having to make public appearance every month regardless of what's going on in your life is terrible and if you don;t then you're breaching your contract, you have to post every week, which is just too much and then attend a meeting every month and give updates.
you have to recruit at 1-2 new people for the next session of the pageant and get sponsors which is just ridiculous.

Value for money, contribution respected, etc.
It's not worth the $1000 you spend and anything else in between

I believe the Director needs to align her goals with the goals of the pageant and be respectful. But also, she's very shady, so the organization needs to be questioned in regards to where the money is going.
